I found my meme.

I can't seem to paste a photo here at all ? It only lets me draw from my own hard drive to post a meme. I don't seem to be able do it any other way. Does anyone know why this is ? IE: If I'm on another site and see something (A Pic) I wish to copy to here it is impossible to do. The limited choices below do not offer a method to take from one site and paste here ?
