• In the most basic understanding of the Constitution, everyone is effectively signatories of the this governing document. We all have Rights (Liberty), Responsibility, and Obligations.

A point missed by everyone (especially within the public dialog). Having a business open for commerce does not obligate anyone to patron that business. The Constitution as part of its statement of intention (The Preamble) promises "secure the Blessing of Liberty for ourselves and posterity". Where is the liberty in not letting the citizen decide? Deciding to open the business for commerce? Deciding to patron the business? Where is the Governing Authority in the Constitution? State Constitutions? Where is Law Enforcement's Oath to the Constitution?

Again and again and again. Governments are instituted among men deriving their just power from the consent of the governed.
