Critics, however, are concerned that this loophole may be exploited given that non-citizens, who may not be eligible for a driver’s license, can obtain SSNs for work authorization. In order to comply with state law, Brookfield High School installed a menstrual products dispenser in a boys’ restroom at 9:30 a.m. on January 24.
