We need cities where decision-making is in the hands of city residents collectively through votes, but we also need cities with absolute monarchies and dictatorships. We need cities where it's illegal to be gay, but we also need cities ruled and controlled by gays that would make Sodom and Gomorrah look conservative. We need cities where abortion is murder, but we also need cities where moms can freely murder their own unborn babies and be praised for it. We need white-only cities where other colors are not welcome, but we also need cities of black-only or brown-only, or mixed-race residents. We need cities where nudity is perfectly normal in which people can walk around in public streets butt-naked, but we also need cities where nudity is strictly illegal. We need conservative cities, but we also need cities that are drenched in so much sin that would make Satan himself cry in envy. We need cities where all buildings are high-rises as a building standard, but we also need cities with only short buildings or single-family homes. We need diversity. We need people to be able to live in cities that reflect their nature and mindset. If you're racist, there's at least one racist city where you can live happily with your racist buddies. If you're a baby-killer, there's a city where baby-killers are normalized and glorified. And so on.... The only thing we absolutely don't need is nation-states because they force millions of people to live under one system. The United States, for example, is a fascist police republic that's divided because it houses around 370 million people who want different things. Some want abortions, while others hate it. Some love gays, while others hate them, and so on...
