OUR DAILY OLDIES: TODAY'S MELODY IS AN INSTRUMENTAL FROM THE 1960s BY THE RAMSEY LEWIS TRIO-I REMEMBER WHEN I WAS VERY YOUNG AND LISTENED TO MUSIC ON THE RADIO ALL THE TIME,THAT SOME MUSIC STATIONS, WHEN THE TIME WAS CLOSE TO THE COMMERCIAL BREAK OF THE HALF HOUR, THEY PLAYED THIS ONE AND OTHER NICE INSTRUMENTALS, BUT NEVER THE WHOLE MELODY, THEY PLAYED A FEW SECONDS AND THEN WENT TO COMMERCIALS AND IDENTIFYING THE STATION. I GOT MAD, BECAUSE I LIKED THE MUSIC, BUT THEY NEVER PLAYED THE WHOLE RECORD. LATER ON I STARTED COLLECTING RECORDS AND I GOT THE WHOLE LP ALBUM. MEMORIES ARE REALLY LIKE LIVING THOSE TIMES AGAIN. ENJOY IT!

I used to love playing the #SaintsRow franchise of games until it got woke. They tried rebooting the first game, and the franchise belly flopped. Anyway, they had radio stations you could listen to when you got into cars, and some of the commercials were hilarious. What percentage is "Latino"? Answers 39%... Actual numbers 17%. How many families make over $500,000 a year? Answers 26%... Actual figure 1%. We think a quarter of the country is rich. What percent of Americans are vegetarians? Response? 30%… Actual 5%. What percent of Americans live in NY city? Answers? 30%... Actual 3%. What percentage of Americans are 'transgender? 22%... Actual number 1% What percentage of your fellow citizens are Gay? Result? 30%... Actual 3%. So why do people have such inaccurate thoughts on these counts? THE MEDIA!
