The New York Appellate Court crushed the junk lawfare case against Trump where they claimed he committed fraud by over-valuating his property for a loan. The bank said they loaned him the money because he paid his loans back and the value of the property was irrelevant. There was no victim and Trump didn't do anything wrong. The Judges had the Democrat lawyers begging not to be sanctioned in their closing arguments. He will get all of his money back and the Democrats will look dumber than they already are. You wouldn't think they could look any dumber, but they found a way to do so.
