"Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy" is the fourth commandment in the Ten Commandments, found in Exodus 20:8. The full text of the commandment is:

Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor, and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God

The Sabbath is a day of rest that was originally given to the Jewish people. It is a reminder that all blessings come from God's grace, not our own labor. The Sabbath is also a time to set aside and thank God.

The TRUE SABBATH is on Saturday, NOT Sunday!
