After a little over 10 days on the carnivore diet, I have lost almost 20 pounds! The funny part of it is I feel it, but don't look it yet; which means it must be all internal fat. What drove me to try this was the last doctor's appointment when I weighed-in at 257 pounds. I could not believe it. I had never weighed that much before in my life. I weighed yesterday and I am down to 238 pounds. My goal is to get rid of my beer belly looking tank
