In 2013 Obama signed the NDAA which did away with this law, putting in it's place, a law that on the surface, sounds the same, but in reality, gave the authority over what is or is NOT propaganda, to very POS Government, that 'SMITH-MUNDT' was created to protect US against!!! This means that after this, the government can NOT be held accountable for using the media to carry out acts of propaganda against WE THE PEOPLE, for THEY & they alone decide what is or is NOT propaganda!!!!
