Officers Conduct Huge Traffic Stop Off A 6th Grade Level Educational Mistake FIRSTLY.... it is a violation of your right to privacy (the 4th amendment) for #Police to just "run your tag" when you have not committed a crime, or are even SUSPECTED of committing a crime! So this whole matter is the result of an UNLAWFUL SEARCH by police! Police DO NOT have the right to just identify anyone they choose! If you have broken no laws then Police have ZERO AUTHORITY over you! And they DON'T have the right to put your identifying information into their database either!
