One unfortunate consequence of my colonic resection (as a result of the cancer) was frequent constipation. Yesterday, I started to wonder whether it was possible to use abdominal massage for relief, and surprise, surprise! Yes, it is, it's really simple and easy and there are videos about it on YT. This is really for people with IBS (one of the actual focuses of the channel), but it appears to work well for constipation generally:
