America doesn't recognize the "International Criminal Court". 22 usc 81. We will not extradite any US Citizen to stand trial in said court. It's been amended as part of our Constitution. So no, there will be no trials for international people (I didn't think there would be, I don't recognize foreign courts). The people of their own countries will have their own trials.
