So... Because Microsuck removed the 16-Bit subsystem in Windows (God only knows why) you can't run many of the old programs that you may have (like old games you might have stashed away).
You can, but you need to be an intermediate to advanced computer user, and have a good amount of RAM installed on your system (NOT DISK SPACE). You'd have to run a VM+another OS+ the game+your own OS, and all the other shit you're running.
