A Singapore-flagged container ship struck the Francis Scott Key Bridge early Tuesday. A significant portion of the Bridge collapsed. Maryland emergency response personnel are searching the waters under the bridge for as many as 20 people. The bridge is a major thoroughfare for the Washington/Baltimore area and connects I-695.
