What Putin writes here is true. I spoke to someone from the former Soviet Union. Kyiv used to be the former Capitol of Russia. Rightfully, Ukraine should be part of Russia, unlike what the "Leftist Historians" claim. These same leftist historians claim it was the Republicans that overthrew the monarchy in Hawaii with the GOP, which is wrong. It was the Democrats with big business.
