In this gaff by the #Democrat led HPD, someone was literally getting the crap beaten out of him till the point of death, right on the steps in the front of the Kapolei Police Station. No one came out to help, and to get anyone to help, someone had to call 911 to get an officer to respond. By the time that they did, the person was deceased.
The perp that had done the beating, was someone that was just released not that long before the incident. He should've never been released into the public, but into a behavioral health institution or ward of some kind.
In this senseless death, one still asks why did HPD release the perp to begin with? This is a public safety issue.
