Know your theology:
I've mentioned in previous posts that the Christian Church stamped out Samhein, they also attempted to stamp out, Winter Solstice (Christmas, no one really knows when Jesus was really born), I believe Easter was meant to replace an equinox or harvest (no one actually knows when Passover really took place). You see, this may have been one of the reasons why separation of church and state was recommended to be put into the constitution, but was never put in.
