Jalen Morris, who entered into a controlling, and verbally abusive relationship, was shot 3 times, once in the face by her ex, while holding thier infant daughter during an attempted homicide-suicide. She had miraculously survived, although paralyzed and unable to speak. She is currently still in rehab, and wishes that her story gets out so that what happened to her doesn't happen to someone else.
