And a spoken treat is not an action..... So criminalizing even that is BS! We have actual #Laws to deal with actual #Violence! Trying to turn ANY SPEECH into a #Criminal Act is pure nonsense! I would like to point out that the MULTIPLE TIMES these cops muted their body cameras is #Evidence of a "Conspiracy Against Rights" Body worn cameras should be ACTIVATED AT ALL TIMES an officer is on duty! NO MUTING, AND NO TURNING OFF SHOULD BE ALLOWED AT ALL! The video from these devices should be LIVE STREAMED to the Police Station AND to a Citizen Oversight Committee, LIVE, as it happens. Citizens should be reviewing the body cameras LIVE! We need to see PROSECUTIONS of the #Oath breakers under 18 U.S.C. § 241 Conspiracy Against Rights AND 18 U.S.C. § 242 Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law.... These are very serious #Crimes that are committed by Police DAILY and are never prosecuted! THAT is a problem folks! And it's because the "Federal Prosecutors" in this country don't do their jobs! They REFUSE to prosecute the Police and other LEO's..... But they'll gladly prosecute YOU... even if you are innocent!
