Just when I thought it was finally fixed with a new CPU, it wasn't. They replaced the RAM too. But that is not all! Then they replaced the motherboard. Then it was unresponsive for me. They hooked the WAN cable up to the wrong port when they replaced the motherboard. Finally it is working.
