Their lawyers just achieved a Fifth Circuit INJUNCTION against the ATF over the ridiculous arm brace rule. Right now, ALL members of the FPC are included in the injunction, which means the ATF can't charge you with being a felon for having a braced pistol, if you're an FPC member. Spread the word.
