Hello frens, I read today that most of the vitamin c brands we buy are in fact ascorbic acid and NOT really vit.c. It says that it can cause serious toxic iron buildup in it body and more serious problems that can occur

My question is, anyone else read this anywhere? Also, is there a brand of vit.c that is based on plants, fruits and veggies and not synthetic? If you could send me a link to a good and safe brand I could purchase. It was even mentioned that The Zelenko protocol also contains this ascorbic acid instead of real vit.c.

Now dont get me wrong, I'm no expert on this subject and the info I read could actually be false, that is why I'm talking about it on xephula so that maybe someone else heard about it too.
