I can't believe I found this! I had given my original copy to a t-shirt company to make me some t-shirts with it, but they lost the artwork, and never produced any t-shirts! I had a couple bad copies, and this is one of them. But, I couldn't find the copies, and all I had was a hand made t-shirt that I had made.
Note that the baby sketch is copyright the Washington Times, 1984. I asked them for permission to use it, but they said it was too much trouble to do that.
The original cartoon was the baby inside a woman with a Reagan button. I removed all the other stuff, and added the Uzi and the lettering, and redrew the baby's right arm to be holding the Uzi.
The artist may have been Wayne Stayskal, but I can't find the original sketch. It is around here, somewhere, too.
