LOL While the red SUV definitely SHOULD HAVE closed the door, at least until he needed to load something..... He was sitting STILL. He should not have had the door open into traffic. But that don't make HIM "at fault" here! It's called "An obstruction in the roadway." Had she stopped and whined BEFORE hitting it, that'd be one thing! But where I come from, we STOP if we cannot safely pass an obstruction in the roadway! If it were a cinder block that had fallen off a truck or a parked emergency vehicle we know it's be HER FAULT! Parking illegally can get you a ticket, just like losing a cinder block in the roadway. But that does NOT make it "His fault." It's be different say, if the cinder block fell off in the middle of the hwy at 70 mph and damaged her car because it would then be "unavoidable" But she is just a moron for failing to either stop if she couldn't get past (She'd clearly be a non-driver in this case) There's just NO WAY to claim that her hitting the door was "His fault." Despite him being wrong too! It was clearly her fault. And she's one of those pathetic white liberal ladies who is "Never wrong" and used to blaming others for her own mistakes!
