My take on the farmer shooting the illegal immigrant that trspassed on his land: while he was in the right at the start, he was in the wrong when the perpetrator died. Homicide is never right, even when protecting your property and loved ones, unless, there is major threat to said items.

He is indeed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. If his able to post bail (if given bail) he has every right to do so.

I've been on both sides of the bars. I know and understand legal proceedings. Unless the law is applied to EVERYONE equally, and he needs to stay in jail because he committed homicide. It doesn't matter if some Democrat isn't in jail. We must continue to uphold the law. If not, people's faith in the justice system will continue to lapse.

The right is the side of law and order. The left is not.

You stupids on the right and left need to understand this. This is why the justice system is "broken" and no other reason.
