I STRONGLY DISAGREE that our electric bill get INCREASED for "BUSINESS COST" totally OUT of OUR CONTROL! 33.8% increase primarily from BUSINESS expenditures? It a "YOU'LL PAY OR NOT HAVE POWER." Power for BASIC HUMAN LIVING...SAD to CONTROL LIVES with poor management/forecasting. I'm not COMMUNIST & I RESENT the belittling actions of BUSINESSES in OUR country.REMEMBER you're SUPPOSED To be an American... TOO.
