A 50 year old today would only have been 19 in 1991 and would have no memory of the decades of what was called the Soviet communist tyranny that locked dissidents in insane asylums. And here today in liberal Canada we have a college of physicians and surgeons recommending the same policy in a liberal democracy that was practiced in a totalitarian state!
