Cop Falsely Detains Citizen But Is Swiftly Corrected Look folks.... I'm NOT a "Cop-Hater" OR "anti-cop" Having said that, your average #Police Officer is a Narcissistic, POS Scumbag who has a desire to make everyone around him submit to their "Authority" They are real scumbags who just enjoy bullying people because they were beat up as children (Or whatever) I say this from first hand EXPERIENCE with #LawEnforcement AND from watching and sharing videos just like this one for years! EVERY POLICE OFFICER IN AMERICA NEEDS THEIR #Ego CHECKED AND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM NEEDS TO ATTEND #Sheriff Mack's #CSPOA Training and learn THEIR PRIMARY OBJECTIVE..... Which is UPHOLDING THEIR OATH! These cops have run wild and unaccountable for sooooooooo long now that they believe themselves "Above the Law" AND "Above ACCOUNTABILITY!" And for the most part, they are RIGHT! Police are NEVER HELD ACCOUNTABLE except for officers who do nothing wrong, but have the misfortune of arresting a BLACK PERSON! INNOCENT POLICE are oftentimes sent to PRISON over the LIE of "White Supremacy" and arresting BLACK CRIMINALS! But leaving them aside...... #QualifiedImmunity MUST BE ABOLISHED! Qualified Immunity allows POLITICIANS, JUDGES, and POLICE to avoid being held accountable in a civil court room (Unlike the rest of us) It's TIME to abolish the BS "Qualified Immunity" statutes around the country! It's TIME to REQUIRE POLICE to purchaser their own "general liability" insurance policy to cover them against CIVIL RIGHTS CLAIMS! In 2017-2018 New York City ALONE paid out almost 1/2 BILLION DOLLARS for civil rights violations!!! Do you know who paid that money???? TAXPAYERS!!! While the officers responsible for those violations skated away Scott free and it never cost them a dime! (Or a raise in premiums like it SHOULD!) This would also remedy BAD COPS because insurance carriers would cancel the policies of police with multiple rights violations cases! WHICH IS GOOD!!! Once a bad cop's insurance is cancelled, REQUIRING THE INSURANCE makes him ineligible to work in law enforcement, when right now.... They just move a county over after being fired!
