A NY State Supreme Court judge halted this unconstitutional measure also stating that it can not be reissued or made permanent. - At issue is the separation of executive branch vs. legislative branch and the executive branch's ability to make laws. Hochul, desperate to continue power over the people, plans to appeal. Somehow, this story never made the rounds in the media. Imagine that.
