You know.. There's simply NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE that I'd volunteer my time or money to help promote their cause and to spread their message I'd give my time to help Sheriff Mack But the #CSPOA is likely America's BEST ORGANIZATION The CSPOA is training Sheriffs and Peace Officers alike about their SWORN DUTY ANY #Police Officer's FIRST DUTY is to uphold his #Oath! That Oath is JOB NUMBER ONE! To "Protect and Defend the Constitution" against ALL ENEMIES, foreign and Domestic! Police need to realize that just because someone may be their "boss" that does NOT mean that they cannot be arrested for violating the Constitution OR their "Oath of Office." A Police Officer is REQUIRED to take his Oath of Office BEFORE he becomes a Police Officer! This is his "Prime Directive." Meaning that his OATH supersedes ALL WRITTEN LAWS and ALL ORDERS GIVEN BY SUPERIORS! The Constitution is the "Supreme Law of the Land." No "Law" may be passed by ANYONE which violates the Constitution. That goes for during "Emergencies" and during WAR too! ANY PERSON GIVING ORDERS WHICH VIOLATE THE CONSTITUTION OR THAT PERSON'S OATH OF OFFICE SHOULD BE ARRESTED IMMEDIATELY! This goes for Police Chiefs, Governors and Mayors, Magistrates, Judges, Politicians, Congress, and even the President of the United States! In America NO PERSON IS ABOVE THE LAW! Of course herein lies the REAL PROBLEM! Police and Judges and Politicians ALL HAVE "Qualified Immunity" meaning that they cannot be sued by the public, even if they act in a reckless and unlawful manner! This was "legislated" from the bench by an activist judge! It is UNCONSTITUTIONAL on it's face because it puts these government employees "Above the Law" that you and I have to follow! EVERY AMERICAN is supposed to be treated EQUALLY UNDER THE LAW! I can be sued if I act recklessly! I can be sued if I cause harm to another person! "Qualified Immunity" makes these people "Above the System" of our courts and our laws! It must be ABOLISHED! It promotes bad behavior and sends the message to government employees they ARE "above the law" Government employees should be held to a HIGHER STANDARD than the rest of us because of the authority they are trusted with! NOT a lower standard As soon as a cadet graduates, takes his oath, and officially becomes a Police Officer.. The government starts training him to view his countrymen as "enemies" They literally TEACH THEM that it's "Us versus THEM" They join a GANG and fly GANG COLORS! (The Thin Blue Line GANG) They are NEVER PROSECUTED if they commit crimes! ALL of this encourages corruption! PROSECUTORS should prosecute Police who have broken the law with much more determination than they prosecute a citizen! They broke the law from a position of AUTHORITY! The "LAW" has broken the LAW! Police need to realize that they are just CITIZENS who enforce the law, they are NOT above the law! And they need to protect THE PEOPLE and not government! Police have SWORN AN OATH to protect and Defend the Constitution! Against enemies "Foreign and Domestic." PROTECT THE PEOPLE and not government! They have been taught the opposite! CSPOA will straighten them out on their real duty! You see... That tells me that they are NOT doing their jobs! They SHOULD HAVE ARRESTED every Governor, Mayor, Health Official, Judge, City Council Member etc... that violated the Constitution with their mask mandates, injection coercion, business closures..... And ALL OTHER GOVERNMENT #Tyranny we have seen over the past 2 years! If Police see themselves as "Government" who has special privileges over the rest of the citizens..... Then they'll NEVER uphold their oath! Because they THINK they are better than everyone else! Police are just regular citizens, who must follow the SAME LAWS as everyone else does! And their FIRST DUTY is to protect and defend the constitution! And the RIGHTS guaranteed in it OF EVERY AMERICAN!!! Police MUST understand that their HIGHEST DUTY is to uphold their OATH, and to PROTECT THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF EVERY AMERICAN.... He must ensure that EVERY LAW HE ENFORCES is constitutional and does not violate anyone's rights! Police SHOULD HAVE been arresting the tyrant mayors and governors and members of congress who were violating their oaths! But instead most chose to violate people's rights... Making THEM complicit in their crimes and a Tyrant themselves! CSPOA will teach them what the state has FAILED TO TEACH THEM! The STATE has created an ARMY OF TYRANTS! When they were supposed to be creating an army of OATH KEEPERS! And BTW... The "Patriot Act" is word for word, the EXACT SAME legislation that was used to give the KGB the ability to start killing the Russian People without trials! It's a bit unconstitutional to say the least!
