Supreme Court Allows Biden Decision to End the Trump "Remain in Mexico" Policy

Yep, the Supreme Court once again abandons the citizens in favor of globalist policy.

Trump's border policy required asylum seekers coming across our Southern border to reside in Mexico awaiting their immigration hearings. https://washex.am/3y5Wbzs

Biden v. Texas challenged that policy.
The SC, in a 5-4 ruled that the Biden administration acted properly when it sought to end the policy and is permitting it.

We can expect even more illegal immigrant flow across the borders which are already under assault.
The decision once again shows that the conservative label for SC Justices is pretty much meaningless.

Roberts, as usual sided with the liberals, as did Brett Kavanaugh.

The dissenting Justices were Gorsuch, Thomas, Coney Barrett and Alito.

Alito wrote in his dissent that the administration is releasing:

- "into this country untold numbers of aliens who are very likely to be removed if they show up for their removal hearings."

- "This practice violates the clear terms of the law, but the court looks the other way,"

The anti-Federalists had it right over 225 years ago during the ratification hearings when Judge Robert Yates, writing as Brutus, noted that:

- the Supreme Court would become a source of massive abuse because they were beyond the control of “both the people and the legislature.”

- without true constitutional grounds for rulings, the Court would create them “by their own decisions,” through manipulating the meanings of arguably vague clauses.

- The court would interpret the Constitution according to its alleged “spirit” rather than according to its words (as enumerated rights, spelled out in the Tenth Amendment, would require). https://bit.ly/3ueVLFX

And once again, the Justice system betrays the citizens.
