Technology, The Information Age, and Perception: C-006 The Law, Civilizations, and Social Upheaval

The invention of #Law came into being with the express purpose of benefiting society as a whole. Providing those in society with rules of conduct and recourse for #AddressingGrievances. No civilization can maintain itself without it. Every civilization goes through periods of #SocialUpheaval. This appears to be true currently. However, how much of this is really spontaneous or is it planned? Paid for? What percentage of the population is demonstrating? #Rioting? Modern communications, TV, Radio, Internet, #SocialMedia, and the repetition of the same dialog hour after hour creates the perception that things are bigger or worse than it really is. How much of all of this is the inability, the lack of #Accountability, and the inaction of local elected officials?
