Sussman was charged with lying to the FBI about his connections to the Clinton campaign, but those allegations were supposedly disproven. So, the Judge Cooper, blocking the evidence, now claims that since Durham is claiming Sussman lied to the FBI, introducing a conspiracy claim would "essentially amount to a second trial".
