I was discussing Jesus' appearance today. There was a post which showed the common image of Jesus, which is a long haired, Caucasian male. That one doesn't match scripture at all. And there was another image showing what looked like a modern day, middle eastern male, but he also didn't match what the Bible says. The following scriptures give you an idea on how He looked...

Jesus did not have an attractive appearance...
Isaiah 53:2 (NIV)
He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him.

Jesus did not have long hair...
1 Corinthians 11:15 (NIV)
Does not the very nature of things teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a disgrace to him but that if a woman has long hair, it is her glory?

Jesus is Jewish, he looks like a Jew, not a European male. Notice the woman here knew He was a Jew by His appearance alone...
John 4:9 (NIV)
The Samaritan woman said to him, “You are a Jew and I am a Samaritan woman. How can you ask me for a drink?” (For Jews do not associate with Samaritans.)

Jesus walked right through the crowd, as he looked like any other Jew, they didn't easily recognize Him. He was very average looking, you could not pick Him out in a crowd (unlike popular false images we see of "Him")...
Luke 4:30 (NIV)
But he walked right through the crowd and went on his way.

Now one woman told me that those who took the Nazarite vow had long hair. But what she failed to see is that vow only lasted a set period of time, after which they cut their hair short again and offered it on the altar. But they also had to abstain from wine, and scripture indicates that Jesus drank wine. His first miracle was turning water into wine, and he was seen drinking it so often they referred to Him as a "wine bibber" (he didn't get drunk on it though). But even the Nazarite vow was a specific event that was not normal for the average male, as scripture clearly states it is disgraceful for a man to have long hair (and for a woman to have short hair).
