OK, so some guy outside #SanAntonio, #Texas was struck and killed by a driver of an SUV. One of his legs were found on the highway 50 miles away. The driver must've been driving well over 100 mph to cause that leg to travel that far.

But police say they don't have plans to charge the driver with anything. Fuck that. The driver should be charged with vehicular manslaughter and reckless driving.
