The death penalty should be more states and they shouldn't wait so long to get it done. It costs the taxpayers millions to keep them there so long with all the perks they get while they wait. People should take a look at what prisoners get on our dime. It's ridiculous a lot of people can't afford that stuff for themselves. Most even have web pages. They also shouldn't be allowed conjugal visits. They're there to be punished! Why are they getting rewarded?
