Ok, over 26,000 admitted deaths associated with the clot shot and over 208,000 serious injuries, according to CDC VAERS data. The worst track record of all vaccines combined ever in a little over a year on the market.
But hey, if you work for the Federal government, we own your body. You don't get a choice. We pay you. We own you. At least, according to the appeals court.
Apparently, the court thinks that if you work for someone, anyone, they own your body and you are essentially their slave.
The Courts justification for the decision agreed with the Biden administration claim that:
"the Constitution gives the president, as the head of the federal workforce, the same authority as the CEO of a private corporation to require that employees be vaccinated." https://bit.ly/37rPLkq
Questions:
- Where exactly in the Constitution is the President named as the head of the federal workforce? Article and clause please?
- Doesn't this admit that we are not really a Constitutional Republic of "We the People" but set up as a Corporation instead? You know, the corporate united states?
- How is it that CEO's and Corporations own their employees body's simply because they are employed by them? Aren't we supposed to be a free nation?
- Doesn't the 4th amendment give people the right to be secure in their persons...against unreasonable seizures?
- What happened to "My Body, My Choice"? Can employers now tell their employees they must get abortions now since they own their bodies? At least, the court says so.
- What happened to informed consent and the provisions that under an EUA it is the recipients choice as to whether they accept the experimental shot or not? Isn't this a violation of federal law- FDA?
The Federal employees need to initiate a counter suit. They have the grounds to refuse this failed experiment that threatens their short and long term health and well being.
And despite the implications of the ruling, they own their bodies.
