UPDATE ON TUESDAY CAR JACKINGS- NO BOND SAYS THE JUDGE

WELCOME TO MY COUNTY SCUMBAG!

You ain't in Houston any more!!! LUCKY you didn't get your damn fool head blown off, I'd have killed you if I saw you robbing my neighbors! Around here.... they likely won't even locate your carcass

Now while I DESPISE #Police as a rule, this made me grin a bit!

4/6/22

Jacoby Devante Smith, 17, of Houston thought he was in Harris County when police stopped him after a carjacking in Shenandoah and two other attempted carjackings. As he was being arrested he even asked what the bond would be and thought he was going to get a PR Bond. At the time he was out on bond in two cases in Harris County. One was carrying a weapon and the other unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was on a $100 bond until he violated a bond condition of not having a weapon. THat he screwed up by displaying him holding weapons in a social media post. But the Judge saw fir to giving him a PR Bond and releasing him again. He was out also on a $2500 bond in felony court for unauthorized use but that bond was not revoked. So ventured to Montgomery Coutny and again with a gun which the Harris County Judge told him No-no!! He scared two women as he tried to carjack them then was able to carjack a man in the Main Event parking lot. Today he learned Montgomery County is not Harris County. The Montgomery County District Attorney, Magistrates, and Judges do not act as they do in Harris County. Smith now resides in the Sheriff Rand Henderson Bed and Breakfast with NO BOND!!!
