Jan 6th Man Who Was Pushed Off the Wall and Seriously Injured Suing the Capital Police. - "Capital Police tried to murder me." it's about time, the unarmed demonstrators who were shot at with pepper gas cannisters, beaten to death, maced etc. most without provocation started fighting back against the lies of the left. Derrick Vargo, who was maliciously pushed off the 2-story high steps on to the concrete below at the capital building, is bringing suit against the Capital Police. His attorney, Joseph McBride stated: “Derrick Vargo was purposefully and maliciously pushed to his death by the Capitol Police on January 6, 2021,” “It is a miracle that he did not die. The physiological and psychological injuries that Mr. Vargo suffered are substantial and life altering." "Suing the Capitol Police gives Mr. Vargo the ability to be made whole again while simultaneously holding the Capitol Police morally and legally accountable in a court of law.” Removed on a makeshift stretcher Vargo was presumed to be dead.
