#BlackRock is a company that has been known to use #targetedindividuals tactics on its enemies. BlackRock owns a lot of these technologies and owns the mercenary firms that distribute them. Black Rock has been known to be subcontracted out by wealthy firms and wealthy individuals. Piss off the wrong Congress person or state senator, and suddenly you break out in nausea (or a myriad of other symptoms, this is just an example) every time you try to do something meaningful in public. The elite don't play. Next time you find out Black Rock owns a media company you loathe, you'll understand their game.
