Someone posted this BS reply to my post about "Surety Bonds" and holding public officials accountable. It's very similar in my mind to a "Fact Check" LOL WHY would ANYONE trust some half ass #Media piece to begin with? Second they claim to be a lawyer, STRIKE TWO! Folks.... A "Public Official Surety Bond" has NOTHING to do with #Covid19 restrictions!!! It has to do with "FAITHFULLY EXECUTING YOUR DUTIES AS A PUBLIC OFFICIAL" If you FAIL to faithfully execute your duties and it causes "injury" to the people you are SWORN TO REPRESENT then a claim can be made against your BOND! NOT the individual..... THEIR BOND!!! The bond stands as a "SURETY" that the public official WILL PERFORM THE DUTIES THEY WERE ELECTED TO PERFORM! If they for instance.... Are violating existing LAWS or Violating the CONSTITUTION then they are NOT "Faithfully executing their duties" They are NOT doing the job they were hired to do! They have violated their OATH and failed to perform their duties... it's that simple... ANY HARM OR DAMAGES THAT ARISES BECAUSE OF THIS IS WHAT THE BOND COVERS... It's essentially "Liability insurance" for politicians. If they take a LEFT TURN and start breaking the laws of our land, exceeding their mandate, failing to PROSECUTE guilty people as a PROSECUTOR....
