Dear Friend,
Two weeks ago, I was required by law to respond to a subpoena from the Committee illegitimately appointed by Speaker Nancy Pelosi to “investigate” the January 6th riot at the US Capitol.
Despite the fact that I was not on The Ellipse behind The White House, did not march to the Capitol and was not present at the Capitol on January 6th, I was faced with the choice of responding to the subpoena or being charged with contempt by the U.S. Justice Department and being railroaded to a D.C. prison for refusing to respond to their subpoena.
I elected to appear before the Committee (in a secret session, of course) in which I invoked my 5th Amendment Right not to answer their politically motivated questions. I put up with their badgering for three hours! Adam Schiff was an abusive a-hole!
It was clear from the questions they asked that they are seeking to frame President Donald Trump and hold him responsible for the misguided actions of unarmed and well-meaning patriots on January 6th.
Just as I refused to betray the President in the two-year struggle in which Robert Mueller and his corrupt prosecutors subjected to a Soviet-style show trial in which a Trump-hating judge, rigged jury and corrupt prosecutors convicted me for “lying to Congress” about “Russian collusion” which declassified official documents have now proven did not exist - I refused to answer their questions about President Trump!
I invoked my right not to answer not because I know anything or did anything wrong or know of any wrongdoing by President Trump but I know first hand how Adam Schiff twists comments that are immaterial, irrelevant or innocuous into a "crime". They just won't leave my family and me alone!
