Most of his employees at BNSF Railway would quit if it wasn't for their above average wages due to the "Bully Culture" of the Burlington Northern-Santa Fe Railway management. I have never been around a more depressing employer in my life. I worked as a transportation contractor for BNSF for over 8 years, and I seriously wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you are slightly masochistic.
