I hate to say this... But I AGREE with him!

At the very minimum you should have to be a PROPERTY OWNER to #Vote! And women are too maternal.

But I wouldn't have a problem with ONLY PROPERTY OWNERS male or female! If a female has enough sense to OWN PROPERTY then her opinion is okay by me! LOL

But if you don't own property then YOU HAVE NO STAKE IN THE GAME! Therefore you should not be a referee!
