It list their crimes and admissions! If your AG refuses to PROSECUTE them then at least YOU CAN PROVE THAT AG IS COMPLICIT IN THE CONSPIRACY! Once you have done that make sure to also send it CERTIFIED MAIL receipt requested to your Governor, Lt. Governor, State Health Officials, Your local Sheriff, your mayor and local/state Judges! Sending it to some Federal Judges would also be productive!
