The items shown on the right side of the photo are not in the book that was published in 1989. I downloaded the pdf of the book and used evince (Gnome PDF Reader) to search the pdf file for something like "Operation Lockstep" to no avail. I did find other source material that did contain this actual data. I'm sorry that I did not use due diligence when I forwarded this message. 😞
