The origin of Halloween is the Celtic festival which honored Samhain, lord of death and evil spirits. Ancient druids in Britain, Ireland, France, Germany and other Celtic countries observed the onset of winter by making sacrifices to Samhain. [Samhain is shown in pictures as a ghostly skeleton holding a sickle in his hand. He is the Grim Reaper.] Samhain morphed into #Halloween! Even the "Harmless" Jack O Lantern has demonic roots! I was born ignorant of these FACTS! But I am ignorant NO MORE EVERY HOLIDAY WE CELEBRATE IN AMERICA TODAY has it's roots in #Evil! Every one! July 4th, Christmas, Easter.... ALL OF THEM! Just STOP giving your energy to these evil holidays! RESEARCH what I'm telling you! It's TRUE! The druids were practitioners of the occult. They were witches and wizards. They indulged in sacrifices of animals and human beings to appease their dreadful gods (evil spirits). The druids would go from house to house during this festival asking for calves, sheep, and even human beings. Those who gave were promised prosperity, those who refused were threatened and cursed. This is the origin of ‘trick or treat’. Candy is merely a token of the appeasement of evil spirits. By giving candy, you are appeasing the pagan gods (evil spirits). The Jack-o-lantern is a lighted pumpkin face is an ancient symbol of a damned soul. It was kept in homes or farms which were sympathetic to the worship of Samhain. The practice of dressing in ghoulish costumes and masks during Halloween relates to the ancient druid practice of dressing in costumes made of animal heads and skins. The druids wore such dreadful costumers while they sacrificed animals and even human beings in sacrifices to their pagan gods, including Samhain their god of death. Their blood-curling masks and grotesque costumes were visible representations of ghosts and goblins that lurked in the night. Samhain, lord of death, called together the wicked souls that had been condemned to inhabit the bodies of animals. These wicked souls would attack people on the eve before November 1st (hence Halloween, the evening before November 1st). The only way for people to escape was to assume these dreadful disguises and look like evil spirits themselves.
