If you see somebody committing a felony and you cover for it, that's a crime. You're obviously a criminal and NOT a good citizen if you're an accomplice in crime. Cops, however, have a long tradition and culture of covering for and sheltering the felonies and crimes committed by their fellow cops. And, therefore, there are no good cops AT ALL.
