Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of State for records related to an investigation into the origins of COVID by the Bureau of Arms Control and Verification (AVC) (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:21-cv-02147)).
