This pisses me off. This Swamp Creature who says that there's crime in China Town (it isn't that much), says he wants HPD to feel empowered to enforce the law and wants to expand the weed and seed program.

Crime isn't a problem in the area like it used to be. It was cleaned up years ago, all HPD has to do is maintain the level of crime in the area. If they had during the SARS-COVID lockdowns, this wouldn't be a problem. When I last went through the area, it looked fine. No graffiti, no tents, no homeless on the streets.

It sounds like a stunt to waste more money by wanting to raise taxes. They all can eat my ass. It's coming, watch.
